Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Deliveries may or may not occur on weekends or holidays depending on the carrier. In times of high demand, we will keep customers informed of any delays. Because we are volume manufacturers, we do not envisage significant production hold ups, but in some countries extraordinary interventions due to Covid-19 may cause delays in delivery. We have selected carriers with substantial infrastructure and role duplication for multi-layer redundancy.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once the product has been taken by Australia Post or nominated Courier company, we assume no further responsibility for delivery, as this is beyond our control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Although we will ship to PO boxes, we cannot be held responsible for losses of any kind arising.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Where applicable, you will receive confirmation and order tracking by email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
SafeOpen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SafeOpen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
OpenSafe ships to all countries covered by DHL.
Returns Policy
See separate Refund Policy. Note that because SafeOpen products are used in hygienic or biohazard environments, we cannot accept returns.
